Our family bought this house in 2017 in hopes of making this our getaway cabin. It sits on over a half acre lot. Over the years we have gutted the interior and had it reframed to suit us better. It now has 3 bedrooms and two baths.  All new wiring and plumbing has been installed. New kitchen and flooring has been installed. We had new septic tanks installed along with a new drain field. It still needs a well drilled, but is on schedule. As you can see, we still have a way to go. We just found out a property that we really had our eye on is going to be coming available. My wife and I are torn as to which direction to go. Finish this, or see if it can be sold so we can buy the other property. We decided to see if there was any interest in somebody interested in taking over from where we are at. We are asking $168,000for it as it sits. It still needs finishing touches, but is at a point you can make personal selections for different finishes.
